It provides a step-by-step overview of the service, as well as numerous tips and tricks for reducing interpreting costs by using the service more effectively.

ti - quick reference sheet

The quick reference sheet provides you with a useful resource to help when trying to deal with non-English speakers. It includes phonetic transliterations of the phrase 'one moment please' in several major languages, as well as a 'point to your language' sheet. It also features a quick reference to getting connected to an interpreter.
