Now you're all set up, you can make use of Telephone Interpreting any time you need it - twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week!
Simply call the eleven-digit number you were given during signup to connect to the service.
On connection you will be asked for your security code and then connected to one of our qualified telephone interpreters - all in under thirty seconds!
Based on the information provided we will handpick the team of interpreters that will be assigned to your project. All will be trained in your specific area.
You and your client will be connected via a conference call - or if you are both in the same location, we can connect to a single phone to be passed between you.
Your interpreter will briefly introduce themselves to both of you and if necessary brief the second party on the process.
Now, you can begin your conversation.
All information will be treated in the strictest of confidence. The interpreter will always translate without bias.
At the end of the month we will provide you with a completely itemised bill, including a detailed report on your usage of the service.
